Germantown, TN

7,000 square foot clubhouse built for use by the residents of Aintree Farms subdivision. The new facility houses an exercise room, locker rooms, meeting room and a grand hall. The clubhouse was patterned after the original barn that served as the subdivision clubhouse until it was destroyed by a fire in 2007. Incorporated into the design of the new facility is the original silo that was built in 1913.
