Montgomery Martin Contractors, LLC (MMC) was formed in July of 1995. It was the vision of founder H. Montgomery Martin to create a service-oriented, client-focused company that could provide quality construction services for a reasonable cost. Since 1995, the company has grown into a premier General Contractor / Construction Manager with the majority of our work attained from references and repeat business with our clients.

The mission of MMC is to exceed our clients’ expectations in the areas of cost, quality and schedule. In doing that, we establish a partnership with the Owner and Architect at the earliest stages of the construction process. Our initial task is to evaluate project costs as they relate to materials, space and functional needs. We advise our clients of the best means to achieve the most from their construction dollar. Cost control, superior Quality and Schedule Management are what we are about, and what our clients can depend on.

We know a standard of excellence will only be achieved when it is expected…so we expect it. Perhaps that’s why we are considered a leader in the construction community. Our projects are recognized in the Mid-South and Gulf Cost, however our legacy will not lie in the structures we build. It will be defined by the relationships we have built with the clients we serve. It’s our business to learn our clients’ business. Understanding client objectives allows MMC to work with the entire project team to produce a quality built product – on time and within budget.

Our people are our greatest resource because people build buildings. We are professionally staffed with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators and appropriate support staff - including 6 LEED accredited team members. These individuals are charged with achieving the high standard that requires them to be the best at what they do, whether its project management, estimating or field supervision. From preconstruction to project close-out, our expertise and professionalism is evident throughout the entire construction process.
